Parents and Teachers working together!

すべての校舎で保護者の方々が出入りされる様子が絶え間なく見受けられ、今週のノーボーダーズは大忙しです！ なぜなら今は半年に一度の「個人懇談会」（PTC）の時期だからです。 

講師から保護者の皆様へ、普段のお子さまの様子について詳細な報告をし、交流を図るこの時間は、子どもたちの成長にとって欠かせないものです。 子どもたちはまだ3歳から6歳ですが、ご存知のように、この時期は私たちが window of opportunity（可能性の扉）と呼ぶ大切な時期です。 子どもたちの個性や性格、習慣はまさに今形作られつつあるため、ノーボーダーズは全てのご家庭に対して、講師たちが保護者の皆様と定期的に且つ緊密に連絡を取り合うことをたいへん重要と考えています。 いつも申し上げているように、教育は学校から始まりますが、ご家庭でも続きます。 講師たちと保護者の皆様との良好な関係は、ノーボーダーズの教育においても重要な要素なのです。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This week at No Borders is extra busy! At every campus, you will see parents coming and going all day long!  This is because it is time for our semi-annual ‘Parent-Teacher Conference’ (PTC).  This interaction and detailed report from the teachers to the parents is a crucial part of our student’s development.  While they are only 3-6 years old, as we know, this time is what we call the ‘window of opportunity’.  Their personality, habits, and character are all being formed now, so we believe that working very closely with parents on a regular basis is so important and just another service that all our families receive here at No Borders.  As I always say, education begins at school but continues at home.  The relationships our teachers and parents have is a key component of the No Borders method.
