Kinder Course – K1
- Hi everyone! Thank you for joining us this week. It was a lot of fun seeing you online. This week we focused on the letters Aa and Bb. For math, we practiced counting to five, shapes, colors, patterns, and comparisons, like big and small. We also did lots of fun activities, like drawing shapes, making instruments, making cookies, and using lemons in fun ways. We had lots of stories, including The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Do You Want to Be My Friend?, There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly, and Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes. Thank you for sharing your Show and Tell videos. 皆さん、こんにちは！オンラインレッスンにご参加いただきありがとうございました。オンラインレッスンで皆さんに会うことができ、とても楽しかったです。
今週は、アルファベットのAaとBbに焦点をあてました。算数の授業では、5まで数えることや、形、色、パターン、大小の比較を行う練習をしました。
アクティビティでは、形を描く練習からいろいろな絵を描いたり、楽器を作ったり、クッキーを作るクッキングショーも行いました。また、レモンの使い方も紹介していきました。
ストーリータイムでは、「The Very Hungry Caterpillar」「Do You Want to Be My Friend?」「There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly」 「Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes」の物語を読んでいきました。

Kinder Course – K2
- We had a lot of fun with everyone who joined us this week for our first on-line kindergarten classes. Mostly we are very happy that we are getting to see everyone and that our students are getting the opportunity to learn and have fun in English.
This week we did some review in phonics (beginning and ending sounds) and math (numbers 0,1,2). We enjoyed some story books. We had some nice science lessons, as well, dealing with plants and soil. On Friday, we planted a carrot in some soi, and we will continue checking on it as the month goes on. Together, let’s keep making the lessons better and better. We are looking forward to seeing you on Monday. Have a great weekend, and stay safe.

今週から始まりましたオンラインレッスンですが、参加してくれた皆さんと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。現在の状況の中、少しでも多くの英語環境から英語を学び、皆さんに会う機会が持てたことを大変うれしく思います。
今週は、フォニックスでは単語の最初の音となるビギニングサウンドや最後の音となるエンディングサウンドの復習を行いました。算数では、数字の０、１、２に焦点を当てて学習していきました。
絵本の時間も楽しかったですね！また、理科の時間には植物や土壌についての学習を行いました。
金曜日のオンラインレッスンでは、ニンジンを植えていきました。このニンジンの成長の様子を一カ月かけて観察していきましょうね。
さあ、皆さん一緒にオンラインレッスンをより良いものにしていきましょうね！月曜日にまた皆さんに会えるのを楽しみにしています。素晴らしい週末を過ごして、安全に過ごしましょうね。

Kinder Course – K3
- We had a fantastic first week in online lessons! We covered all our usual subjects: phonics, reading, math, language arts, PE, art, science and music in a fun, interactive, and informative way. In phonics, we trained the students’ ears by listening to words and choosing between two similar sounds (e.g. bl, and br), asking students to give us the answers over the microphone. The students were excited to show off their own favorite books to everyone in our reading class! In math, we jumped straight into addition with some fun games, including a rock scissors paper adding game. We had a surprise visit from “Professor Science” (Ian) in our science lesson, as we learned about gas with an exciting lava lamp experiment! We even travelled around the world to learn about different weather, with Nate as our resident weatherman! It’s been a lot of fun this week, and the students have had a great time learning, interacting, and showing over the internet. See you next time! Teacher Ian and Nate.
今週はオンラインレッスンにて素晴らしい最初の週を過ごしましたね！レッスン内では、通常の時間割で行っている、フォニックスやリーディング、算数、言語学習、体育、アート、理科、音楽の時間を入門的に実況をしながら学習を進めていきました。
フォニックスでは、単語を聞いた上で、2つのよく似た音（bl、brなど）のどちらかを選び、皆さんにマイクに向かって大きな声で答えてもらいました。皆さんとても興奮し、楽しんでいました。
リーディングクラスでは、皆さんそれぞれのお気に入りの本を紹介してくれました。
算数の時間には、ゲームを通して足し算に挑戦し、ジャンケンゲームではジャンケンをしながら出た数字を足し算していくという、右脳と左脳をたくさん使っていきました。
理科の時間には、イアン先生扮した「サイエンス教授」がビックリ訪問をしてくれ、ガスとラバランプの実験を行いました！
ネイト先生とは一緒に、世界を旅行し、天気の違いについて実況中継を聞いていきました。
今週はインターネットというコミュニケーションツールを用いて、皆さんととても充実した楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。また来週お会いしましょう！
