最高品質の教育を子どもたちに提供するため、ノーボーダーズは常に講師のトレーニングや能力開発に取り組んでいます。 子どもたちのために安全で健康的な環境を提供できるよう、講師たちは常に備え、準備を整えています。 研修は、学園長や社内の研修チームによって行われることもありますが、年に数回、日本全国から外部講師を招き、講師の育成に努めています。
No Borders staff is constantly involved in teacher training and development to ensure the highest quality education is delivered to our students. Our teachers are equipped and prepared to provide our students a safe and healthy environment. The training is sometimes done by our Principal or our in-house training team, and several times a year, we can bring in outside trainers from all over Japan to help develop our teachers.
