今年度から活動を開始する新しいチームについてお知らせしたいと思います。 その名も「カリキュラム開発・トレーニングチーム（CDAT）」です。 ノーボーダーズの主な目的は、教育と安全です。私たちのカリキュラムが最新で適切であり、そして最も重要なことは、私たちが望む方法で生徒たちに届けられ、その品質が維持されるようにこのチームを結成しました。
このチームは、資格を持ち、ノーボーダーズの長年の従業員である3人で構成されています。 彼らはSam Alaoui、Nao Tanaka、Michael Pettovelloです。 彼らはフルタイムでスタッフを教育し、毎日学校を訪問し、ノーボーダーズの教育基準を守るために働きます。 きっとあなたの学校でも彼らを見かけると思いますので、その時は気軽に声をかけてください。 彼らはカリキュラムに取り組み、私たちのすべての拠点で定期的に先生をハンズオンでトレーニングします。

Greetings, Family, and Friends:
I want to inform you of our new team with No Borders this year. It is called our Curriculum Development and Training Department or CDAT. No Borders’ main focus is education and safety. I have decided to bring on full-time staff to ensure our curriculum is current, appropriate, and, most importantly, delivered to the students the way we want and the quality is maintained.
The team consists of three qualified and long-time employees of No Borders. They are Sam Alaoui, Nao Tanaka, and Michael Pettovello. They will work full-time to train our staff, visit the schools daily and uphold the No Borders education standard. I am sure you will see them at your school, and when you do, please feel free to say hi. They work on the curriculum and will train the teachers hands-on at all of our locations regularly.
