Fine motor skills are an important aspect of preschool life, it helps build muscles that we use on a daily basis. At Takinomizu, we decided to combine fine motor skills with spelling our names.
ファインモータースキルとは、手先などの細かな運動能力の事をいい、幼児期にめざましい発達をみせる機能になります。プレスクールクラスでは、ライティングの時間などで運筆活動を行い、この力を養います。
The first skill we will try is putting letters onto the string, this involves alot of hand eye coordination. It is especially tricky for the younger students, but practice makes perfect.
アルファベットの穴に紐を通す練習をしています。目と指先のコーディネーションスキルも育みます。
the older students have had a lot of practice and can fly through the task and concentrate on finding the letters from their names. “Look I did it!”
慣れてくるとたくさんのアルファベットを紐に通すことができるようになります。その中から、自分の名前にあるアルファベットも見つけられますよ。
The next task is to match our names with the letters on the popcorn, it is a lot of fun. We love hearing them say “I found A”.

The last task is to trace our names on whiteboards, they love erasing their letters and writing them again. They love to say “It’s magic” when the words disappear.
上手にアルファベットをなぞれるかな？
マーカーで書いたり消したり、何度も練習を重ねます。
