7月のPlusクラスの授業の様子をみなさんにお伝えします！

To start the class, students worked together to solve a puzzle of a world map. They seemed excited to share their knowledge of geography and country names.

授業の始めには、みんなで協力して世界地図のパズルに取り組みました。
それぞれが知っている国名や地理の知識を伝え合いながら、楽しそうに活動する
様子が見られました。

After that, students took turns drawing something they want to do on the whiteboard.  Their classmates tried to guess what it was by using the phrase, “Do you want to OO?” (For example, “Do you want to ski?” Or
“Do you want to eat ice cream?)  If someone guessed correctly, the person drawing answered, “Yes I do.”

その後は、一人ずつ「やってみたいこと」をホワイトボードに絵で描き、
クラスメイトが “Do you want to ～?”（「～したいですか？」）という表現を使って当てるゲームをしました。
（例えば、「Do you want to ski?（スキーをしたいですか？）」
「Do you want to eat ice cream?（アイスクリームを食べたいですか？）」などです。）正解すると、絵を描いたお友達が “Yes, I do.” と答え、英語でのやり取りを楽しみながら練習することができました。

Later on, we reviewed more about countries around the world by trying to guess the names of countries.  Also, we learned the word “population” – and answered questions like, “Does Japan have a bigger/smaller population than
⚪︎⚪︎？

最後には、世界の国々について復習を兼ねて国名当てクイズに挑戦しました。また、新しく “population”（人口）という単語も学び、
「日本は○○より人口が多いですか？少ないですか？」といった質問に答えながら、英語と世界の知識を一緒に深めることができました。
